Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must be a resident of Odisha
- The student must belong to economically weaker family
- The applicant should be enrolled in a recognized school in uttarakhand i.e it should be government or government aided.
- Student should be attending school regularly
- The annual income of the family should not exceed Rs. 2.5 lakhs .

- It is a one-time incentive amount on admission in class 9th and again in class 11th
- The amount received under this scheme will be Rs. 5000
