The NASSCOM Foundation STEM Scholars program is an educational support program which was introduced to promote and boost students undertaking courses on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) in India. The scheme aims at recognizing economic weaker students of talent and offering them a chance to get financial support, exposure to digital learning, and career development opportunities. By closing the education to technology-oriented jobs divide, the NASSCOM Foundation will contribute to the increased levels of digital empowerment, inclusive development growth, and the capacity of scholars to succeed in the technologically dynamic environment. Objective Nasscom Foundation STEM Scholars 2025
The main objective of this scholarship is to support meritorious students belonging to economically weaker section of the society pursuing STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) education. It is launched to promote digital empowerment and ensure equal access to all the students irrespective of the backgrounds. It will reduce financial barriers that students often stress about. It aims at encouraging youth to take up high-demand technology and innovative careers. It will enhance the student’s lifestyle and way of thinking about the future ready workforce.

Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must be Indian
- Student should be enrolled in STEM related course
- Candidates must be studying in recognized school, college or university.
- The applicant must belong to the economically weaker section of the society
- Applicant must have secured 65% marks in class 12th
- The family income should be less than 8 lakhs rupees
- Preference will be given to girl students or first-generation learners, depending on the program guidelines
- Open to students in the 3rd and 4th year of B.E./B.Tech programs in Computer Science, Pharmacy, and Life Sciences.
- Open to students pursuing a 5-year Integrated Engineering Programme combining a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree (e.g., B.Tech + M.Tech, B.E. + M.E), provided they are in their 4th or 5th year.
- Applicants studying in any government or private institutes in Delhi / Bengaluru / Chennai / Hyderabad.
Financial Benefits
| Scholarship funds are given to the selected students to help them with the academic fees including tuition fee, books, learning materials and other educational fees. |
