Selection Process
The selection process starts after the student submits the application form. The student first reviews and fill the application form and submits it, then the form is forwarded by the institute to the authority for verification reasons. A merit list is then prepared depending on the scheme structure. The selected students then get the scholarship amount after the merit list is out.
Fresh Registration For AICTE Pragati Scholarship
- The students are requested to visit the official National Scholarship Portal for the registration.
- Click on the “New Registration” option and read the guidelines carefully to ensure that you are eligible for the scheme.

- Enter your details like name, date of birth, etc
- Create your NSP ID and Login PIN
- Now log in to NSP through the ID and Password.

- Select the scholarship you want to apply for
- Click on the application form, fill it very carefully with the details accurately.
- Upload all the required documents then select your AICTE approved institute you are enrolled in.
- Review all the details and submit your application form.

Renewal Of AICTE Pragati Scholarship
- After the first year award, the students are required to reapply for the renewal for the next academic through the National Scholarship Portal.
- Login with your ID and upload the promotion certificate/mark sheet.
- Upload the letter from the Head of the institute confirming your registration in upcoming session.
- Ensure you meet all the eligibility criteria.
